How is this calculated?
Full-time cost = agents × monthly salary. Part-time per hour = agents × rate × hours a day × working days (7 − days off, × 52 ÷ 12). Part-time per ticket = agents × rate × tickets each. Cost per ticket = total pay ÷ tickets. Saving = 40% of your team cost (tickets Makli resolves on its own) minus your Makli plan: Starter $99 up to 500 tickets, Scale $299 up to 2,000, custom above that. Hours saved = 40% of tickets × minutes per ticket. A full-time agent is taken as 173 hours a month. Salaries only, so your real cost is higher. Estimate only.
